Cancellation Policy

At Med Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Providing the best possible care and experience during your visit is our highest priority. We respectfully ask that you honor our time as we do yours.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s).

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Please understand that arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you anticipate being late, please call or text 320-761-3461.

Payment Policy
A 2.9% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions.
